Hello,

I've recently bought the TomTom Rider 400 and am extremely happy with it. Since a few weeks there's a new maps update and I thought, let's connect the TomTom to my laptop, for the first time.

While starting MyDrive and connecting my TomTom device to my laptop, using the genuine micro USB cable, it isn't recognised by my laptop and thus MyDrive. In my device manager it keeps saying it has an error with drivers?

I've tried different USB cables, different USB ports and it still doesn't work. I've also tried other USB devices and they work flawlessly. Any help on how to connect my Rider to my laptop?

Please help....

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
